JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B/34, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation against the petitioner is of causing fire arm injury on the head of Nand Ravidas who succumbed to the injuries.

The report of the In-charge, Fast Track Trial Cell dated 22.01.2016 is to the effect that all the witnesses have been examined and the matter is fixed for argument on 27.01.2016.
