JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and one Naved Khan are named in the first information report on the ground that prior to the alleged occurrence they had given threatening to kill the deceased. Coaccused, Naved Khan has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and it appears that except the above stated material as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24569 of 2016 (3) dt.18-07-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 222 of 2015.
