1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the Bihar State Cooperative Marketing Union Ltd. is present.
2. The instant application has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief :- "1. That this Petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ and/or direction, commanding the respondents and to quash the Order as contained in Memo No.M/1313 dated 12.06.13, issued under the signature of the respondent, Managing Director, whereby the petitioner has been compulsory retired from his service under Rule 74(2) of the Bihar Service
Patna High Court CWJC No.15713 of 2013(6) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 Code as well as to re-instate the services of the petitioner w.e.f. when the petitioner has been compulsory retired from his service with all consequential benefits and also to restrain the respondents from giving effect to the said impugned Orders or any other relief or reliefs which the petitioner is entitled to."
3. No one appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 4.9.2025 also.
4. As such, the application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
