The petitioner are in custody since 05.02.2015 in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 301/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and also the fact that one other similarly situated person whose name has been taken in the First Information Report, namely, Ajeet Singh, has already been granted bail by the Court below in connection with the present case vide order dated 01.11.2014 and also the fact that there is history of litigations between the parties, let the petitioners above named be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12584 of 2015 (2) dt.27-05-2015 P2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Basantpur, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 301/2014.
