2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307,504/ 34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, after verbal altercation between the parties, petitioner no.2 and 3 caught hold of the informant and petitioner no.1 caused injury by means of iron rod on his head. Petitioner no.2 gave sword blow causing injury on the ear of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that parties are pattidar and there is previous enmity between them. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of

No.51805 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Saran at Chapra in Wishuapur Police Station Case No. 16 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
