Since the Director, Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS), Bihar, Patna has passed certain directions and guidelines recently where different kinds of punishment for different kinds of violation/omission has been provided for such Anganwari Sevika or Sahayika. The case of the petitioner may be considered in terms of the said guidelines and a fresh order with the kind of punishment, which is required to visit Anganwari Sevika or Sahayika may be passed in the facts of the case.
Writ application stands disposed off with observation/direction as above.
