The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Patliputra P.S. case No. 179 of 2017 under Section 341, 354(c), 354(D), 379, 504, 506,34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that on 02.06.2017 Rishu Kumar threatened her daughter to marry with him failing which he would throw acid on her. Rishu Kumar also snatched mobile of the victim. It is further alleged that on 05.06.2017 Upendra Patel and Raju Patel, father and uncle of Rishu Kumar, along with two unknown persons, came and threatened the family members of the informant.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49284 of 2017 (3) dt.13-11-2017 2/2 first occurrence took place on 02.06.2017 but the informant did not lodge the case. The informant lodged the case on 06.06.2017 with a view to implicate the entire family members of Rishu Kumar. The petitioners are father and uncle of Rishu Kumar. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ratneshwar Kumar, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XII, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. case No. 179 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
