JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner one Musket was recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that prior to the institution of the present case the petitioner was not accused in any other case though in the same transaction other case was also registered against the petitioner under Sections 379, 457 of the I.P.C. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,
