JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-07-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Tr. No. 602/2019 (Complaint Case No. 769/2014), disclosing offences under Sections 323, 341, 380 and 540 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per complaint petition is of assault to the complainant and of snatching of locket from the neck of one Jainul Khatoon.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and there is case and counter case between the parties.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts,

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Tr. No. 602/2019 (Complaint Case No. 769/2014), subject to the condition laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
