The petitioner is aggrieved by non-payment of salary by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Block Teacher in the year 2010. He joined the school on16.8.2010. He has been regularly working but he has not been paid salary from August,2010 to December, 2010 and December, 2013 to April, 2017.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13762 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to verify the record as to the validity of the appointment of the petitioner and also about his claim as to whether he has actually worked for the period he is claiming salary. In case the appointment of the petitioner is legal and valid and the petitioner has worked for the period in question, the respondents shall take steps for payment of salary for the period from August, 2010 to December, 2010 and December, 2013 to April, 2017. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
