Ranjit Kumar Singh, informant son of deceased Uday Narayan Singh filed written report alleging inter alia that while he returned back from his office, he had seen his mother weeping near the dead body of his father Uday Narayan Singh, who was shot at. On query, his mother had disclosed that Vinay Narayan Singh, Jitendra Kumar, Anurag Kumar, Chandrawati Devi came on Bolero and shot at. It has also been disclosed that at an earlier occasion also they have assaulted his father for which Kotwa P. S. Case no.03 of 2013 was registered. It has further been disclosed that his Pattidar Geeta Kumari, Ashok Singh, Anil Singh, Munna Kumar, Ravi Singh, Rajeshwar Singh, Kameshwar Singh, Babloo Singh (petitioner), Upendra Singh have had instigated the same.

Accordingly, petitioner, Babloo Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Rajeev Kumar-IV, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran/ successor in office in connection with Kotwa P.
