The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 728 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 419, 467, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner had executed registered sale deed in respect of land which fell in the share of the opposite party no. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner and opposite party no. 2 come from the same family and a property dispute is the reason behind lodging of the complaint case.

The petitioner, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Complaint Case No. 728 of 2014 shall be released on pre-arrest bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ram Sakal Ram, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
