Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 401 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 414 and120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and has antecedent of one case and allegation is of recovery of stolen motorcycle, mobile etc. from named accused persons in the F.I.R., who disclosed that the petitioner is also involved in the vehicle theft. Learned counsel submits that the

Learned APP opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, charge-sheet has been submitted and he was not arrested at the spot, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 401 of 2019 with the condition that one of the bailors shall be the father of the petitioner, namely, Niranjan Sharma.
