The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 300 of 2013 registered under Sections 302 120(B) and 34 of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected. Learned counsel for the informant submits in this case five witnesses have already been examined and two witnesses i.e. I.O. and Doctor are yet to be examined.

Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial.

With this observation, the petition is disposed of. m.p.
