ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 25-09-2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with the liberty to avail the remedy of appeal against the order impugned in the present writ petition.

2. Having regard to the same, the petitioner is

Patna High Court CWJC No.11130 of 2024(3) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy of appeal within a period of two weeks from today. On such appeal being filed, the same shall be entertained and orders passed on merits after putting all the parties on notice.
