JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-04-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120B of the I.P.C and Sections 27(b)(ii), 27(d) of Drugs and Cosmetics Act.
It is alleged that petitioner was running a medicine shop without any valid license.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that it is not alleged that petitioner was selling any spurious or expired drugs and co-accused Rakesh Kumar has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 10059 of 2015. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
