Petitioner being the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 01.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after one year of the marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand and disposed of the dead body. It was contended before the learned court below that victim died due to serious illness, where it is contended before this Court that since the victim's husband had some doubt about her some illicit relationship with someone, for that there was some hot exchange between them, as a result the victim committed suicide.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13375 of 2015 (3) dt.30-06-2015 Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 57 of 20111, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed. Let the trial be expedited.
