Considering the prayer made in the writ application, at this stage the Court is not in a position to issue any positive direction. However, the Court hope and trust that when the respondent-authorities have invited application for appointment, they will take the issue of appointment to its logical end as they have not invited application to complete public relation exercise but they are supposed to make appointment.

In the aforesaid circumstance, the writ application is disposed of with observation that the respondent-authorities will

While taking decision, they are required to consider that the eligibility acquired pursuant to eligibility test in 2011 is only valid for 7 years and the eligibility will become illusionary if appointment process is not completed by the respondent within a period of 7 years from the date of acquiring eligibility.
