JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Sakurabad P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304, 337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR children of informant were playing in the Maize field of the petitioner and came in contact of electric wire, causing electric shock and both children became unconscious and they were brought to hospital where Sadhna Kumari declared dead and one Nishu Kumari was referred to Jehanabad hospital where she is in serious condition. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she was not present at the time of occurrence and petitioner being lady has no knowledge about the same, which will appear from the materials collected during investigation.

In view of above facts and circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 22.7.2019 is confirmed and this application is allowed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) spal/- U T
