2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 238 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 504, 506 of the IPC.
3. Prosecution case, in brief,is that on 22.06.2024, the accused persons were planting bushes over the disputed land, then the informant objected to do the same which led to a quarrel. Subsequently, the co-accused persons assaulted the informant and his family members with bamboo, bricks and iron rod. After hearing the hue and cry, the villagers gathered and the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that petitioners are not named in the FIR but on mere suspicion the names of the petitioners were added subsequently. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioners have clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Having heard the parties, considering the fact that the name of the petitioners have been added subsequently, coupled with the fact that co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by coordinate Benches of this Court, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 238 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita.
