Heard both sides.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 302 and other sections of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant named the petitioners along with Hareram Rai, Narendra Singh and Ranjan Yadav alleging that they assaulted him causing injury. Subsequently, one Nandan succumbed to the injury.

It is submitted that the informant has made omnibus and general allegations of firing against petitioners and other three accused persons, namely, Hareram Rai, Ranjan Yadav and Narendra Singh, who have already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr.Misc.No.15985 of 2013, Cr.Misc.No.2213 of 2014 and Cr.Misc.no.11624 of 2014. The case of the petitioners stands on similar footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6332 of 2015 (3) dt.12-03-2015 of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S.Case No.426 of 2012.
