Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that a beheaded dead body of a female was found by the police. It has been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 21-04-2022. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. The petitioner is not named in the FIR.

Except for this, there is no other substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-XVI, Bhagalpur in connection with Budhuchak P.S. Case No. 08 of 2022.
