2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the Appellate Authority and the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is given to the Appellate Authority to dispose of the appeal by fixing a time line.

3. Having regard to the above, without going into the merits or demerits of the case and the fact that the appeal filed by the petitioner challenging the order of cancellation of the P.D.S. Licence is still pending.
