Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that from the possession of Achhelal Yadav one country made pistol, nokia mobile and voter identity card were recovered. Achhelal Yadav admits that he was carrying the arms to the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly the recovery is not from the possession of the petitioner.

The aforesaid facts constitute a ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10536 of 2015 (2) dt.13-03-2015 period of six weeks from today in connection with Bishambharpur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj. With this observation this application is disposed of.
