JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 17-07-2018 Keeping in view the fact that merely because Jaggery is being transported and there is possibility of Jaggery being used for preparation of the liquor that itself is not a ground for not permitting release of the goods in question. Keeping in view the aforesaid, the goods in question i.e. Jaggery which was being transported by the Truck bearing Registration No.JH02AT-7336 be released to the petitioner on petitioner furnishing adequate security to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate, Nalanda.
