1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the letter contained in Office Order No. स०- 5/ प्रेस (सथा) 0/-8.2021/7088 dated 25.10.2021 i.e. Annexure-2 Special issued Secretary-cum-Director, by the Press Finance Department i.e. Respondent No. 4 by which the petitioner deputed from Gaya Press and Forms to

Patna High Court CWJC No.11280 of 2023(2) dt.18-12-2023 2/3 Sachivalaya Printing, Gulzarbag, Patna against the contrary of circulars issued by the Personnel and Administrative Reforms (General Department), Government of Bihar, Patna and be further direct the Respondent to back of the petitioner in the Office of Press and Forms, Gaya immediate effect."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Special Secretary-cum-Director (Press), Finance Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, in view of the fact that Inter-District transfer of Class-IV employee is not permissible, as per the letter dated 25.04.1984, issued by the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, Government of Bihar, Patna (Annexure-7) and the Government Circular dated 26.05.2023 (Annexure-10 to the present writ petition). Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Special Secretary-cum-Director (Press), Finance Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
