"This is an application for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, order orders, direction or directions against the respondents for their heedlessness, negligence and ignorance attitude contrary to the banking norms by which they made illegal deduction of Rs.55 only from the S.B. account of the petitioners bearing S.B. account no. 1419101012566 in Canara Bank Branch of Buxar town and due to said illegal deduction form the S.B. accounts of petitioner the cheque no. 248463 has been declared 'bounced' on account of insufficient fund and merely this reason the premium amount for the insurance of a Mahindra

Patna High Court CWJC No.11249 of 2013(7) dt.21-03-2023 2/2 Tractor could not be deposited and failed and due to that reason the petitioners are facing huge difficulties and loss of goodwill in their business field and stigma on their reputation and suffering from a undue economical pressure upon them as well as monetary loss and mental agony too and as such the act of respondent is highly condemnable and hence they are liable to pay the appropriate compensation to the petitioners to indemnify the commercial loss of them." Essentially, the petitioners seek compensation for which appropriate remedy lies filing of a civil suit. As such, the present petition stands dismissed as not maintainable.
