The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 25 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 509, 498(A) of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.-VII, Gaya.

Submission is that petitioner is a student of B.A. He is quite innocent. Further submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner never married with daughter of the informant. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the petitioner opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that there is specific allegation against the petitioner and the witnesses have

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42568 of 2017 (4) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 also supported the prosecution version.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
