Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2017. Submission is that nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was put on T.I.Parade. Only material is confessional statement of the petitioner before the police while in police custody. Investigation of the case is already closed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29282 of 2018 (2) dt.16-05-2018 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Muffasil Police Station Case No.162 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
