The petitioner seeks bail in Danapur P.S. Case No. 467 of 2014 corresponding to Special Case No. 66 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 2 kgs. of Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 02.10.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
