Petitioner is aggrieved due to non compliance of order dated 24.1.2019 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 1462 of 2019 but from perusal of the aforesaid order dated 24.1.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1462 of 2019, we find that this Court did not give any direction to opposite

Patna High Court MJC No.2583 of 2019 dt.13-11-2019 2/2 parties. Moreover, this Court only observed in the aforesaid order that "the State to ponder over the issue and come up with solution".

Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that petitioner approached to concerned authorities for redressal of his grievance but the concerned authorities did not take any note of prayer of the petitioner.

In our view, no case of contempt is made out in this petition and, accordingly, this petition stands dismissed on admission stage itself.
