2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents authorities to consider for their appointment to post of Anganbari Sevika in ward No. 14 in Kamaldah Panchayat Dagrahi Tola and Bishunpur Chandpura at Centre No. 69.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Patna High Court CWJC No.12488 of 2012 dt.15-01-2024 2/3 pursuant to the advertisement the petitioners have applied for the same and the petitioner no. 1 was selected for appointment in ward no. 14 and petitioner no. 2 was selected for appointment in ward no. 69. After selection of the petitioners, the respondent no. 7 sent the certificates of the petitioners for verification to the concerned Board where from the petitioners had obtained the degree of Higher Secondary. He further submits that the petitioners have submitted the certificates of Higher Secondary from the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi and the petitioners have submitted the same along with their application for the post in question.

Learned counsel for the State submits that during verification it was found that the educational certificate/degree was issued by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi and the State Government has taken a decision that the certificate/degree issued from the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi is not valid/genuine degree and the same is not a recognized institute and any degree issued by the said institute is not valid for the appointment on the post in question in the State of Bihar.

5. In view of the aforesaid, the authorities has rightly rejected the claim of the petitioner.
