This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 376/34 of the Penal Code. However, the police, after investigation, submitted the charge sheet under Sections 452 and 354B of the Penal Code.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 211 of 2014 (G.R. No. 1940 of 2014) to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.
