JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The mother is complainant of this case. She has alleged against the petitioner and another son that they locked her inside the room and were pressurizing her to transfer the land. Finding fear on her life, she went away to her parents' house. Thereafter, the petitioner and other declared her as dead and got their name mutated on her land.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact there is land dispute and for that reason, false case has been

Considering the nature of allegation and relationship, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with C.A. Case No. 1260 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea. Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
