2. The limited prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, East Champaran, Motihari to conclude and dispose the Maintenance Case No. 12 of 2011 expeditiously.

3. The Principal Judge, Family Court, East Champaran, Motihari is directed to conclude the aforesaid maintenance case within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
