2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that the entire amount on account of retiral dues under the different headings has been paid to the petitioner except the group insurance, which is to be paid today.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition is consigned subject to removal of the defect(s) as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within a period of two weeks.

4. The office shall permit the learned counsel for the petitioner to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter.

5. In case the petitioner fails to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter, the order will lose its force and penal action will be taken by this Court in view of the
