2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The F.I.R. is of the year 2013 and the petitioner has approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail in the year 2023, i.e. after ten years, when co-accused had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail in the year 2014 itself and this Court was pleased to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the coaccused, but then, the petitioner at his leisure had approached the Court seeking anticipatory bail.

4. The conduct of the petitioner dis-entitles him to seek

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57127 of 2023(5) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 privilege of anticipatory bail, therefore, this anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
