Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that the case of the petitioners is covered by the decision of this Court in CWJC No. 24224 of 2019 vide order dated 13.02.2020.

In view of the submissions made by counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to extend similar treatment like petitioner of CWJC No. 24224 of 2019, if the facts of the case is similar to that case. Consequential benefits must reach the petitioners within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
