In pursuance to the order dated 21.09.2022, status report in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2020 has been received in which it is reported that out of fourteen prosecution evidence, five of the evidence has been examined till date. It is further stated in the report that trial may be concluded within two months, if the evidence is positively produced by the prosecution.

Considering the present stage of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the appellant on bail. Accordingly, his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2020.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. S.S.P., Samastipur is directed to ensure production of the witnesses in
