In the walk-in-interview, only three persons appeared before the Committee and none of them were found to possess the requisite number of years of experience.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14664 of 2019(2) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 petitioner has shown to this Court the certificates which he had produced before the Committee for his selection which indicate that he has worked for more than five years but only as a volunteer in a Non-Governmental Organization and as a Co-ordinator, he had experience of only three years.
The Committee thus was absolutely justified in rejecting the claim of the petitioner and two others who had appeared in walk-in-interview as they did not possess the requisite number of years of experience. No fault can be found with the decision of the Committee in rejecting the claim of the petitioner. The petition has no merits and the same is dismissed.
