For commanding and directing the respondent authorities to make payment of entire admitted dues amount, amounting to Rs. 5,11,875/- and Rs. 4,22,930/- for the work of flood fighting period done on behalf of the petitioner way back in the year 2018 itself (quotation nos. 04/2018-19 and 06/2018-19) and the same has not been paid due to allotment (paucity) of funds, with regard go

II. For commanding and directing the respondent authorities to make payment to the petitioner along with compound interest from the date it became dues till actual date of payment, penal interest and cost of litigation."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2 i.e. the Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department, Sinchai Bhawan, Old Secretariat, Govt. of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances regarding payment of the admitted outstanding contractual dues.

The learned counsel for the Respondent State, Shri Akash Chaturvedi, AC to SC-11 has got no objection. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the respondent no. 2 and in case such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, appropriate orders, in accordance with law, shall be passed within a period of six weeks thereafter and in case any admitted outstanding dues is found to be payable, the
