2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.131 of 2021, FIR dated 04.12.2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/341/323//379/506/34 of IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the process of Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. have been issued against the petitioner and thus the present application is not maintainable.
