The petitioner wants to renew prayer for bail which has been rejected twice by this Court on the ground that now stage of the case has been changed as charges have already been framed. Further it is submitted that the petitioner is not the assailant rather he was with co-accused Om Jha, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that the petitioner along with co-accused went at the shop of the informant, called son of the informant and killed him.

Considering the allegation attributed against the petitioner, this Court is not persuaded to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, again prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14823 of 2015 (2) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 rejected in connection with S.C. No. 36 of 2015 arising out of Barahiya P.S. Case No. 155 of 2013 pending in the court of District & Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai.
