JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-09-2018 This matter was last taken on 14.09.2018 when learned State counsel as well as Mr. K.K Sinha for the State Health Society was present, however, a prayer for adjournment was made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner who had to attend bereavement ceremony in the family. On the request made that the matter was posted today when none appears to press this application. Mr. Sinha, learned counsel for the Society informs that the appointment of the writ petitioner as Programme Manager (Ayush) was contractual and terminable on one month notice. In
Patna High Court CWJC No.15628 of 2012 dt.20-09-2018 2/2 reference to the termination order dated 27.07.2012 impugned at Annexure-1 to the writ petition he submits that it is after giving one month notice that the order of termination was passed which is in tune with the terms and conditions of the contract. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking note of the fact that the termination order is in tune with the terms and conditions of the contract as also the fact that the nature of appointment was contractual for one year only, I find no infirmity with the termination order.
The writ petition is dismissed.
