2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for all practical purposes, the writ petition has become infructuous as the cause of action was his continuing suspension, which has since been revoked. Learned counsel submitted that subsequently the petitioner has also superannuated and now his post retiral dues remain unpaid.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with the observation that the post retiral dues of the petitioner be settled at the earliest and preferably within three months
Patna High Court CWJC No.19766 of 2016 dt.25-04-2017 2/2 from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondent no. 4 and the petitioner completing all the required formalities.
