The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner kidnapped a minor daughter of the informant. It appears that the victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and she disclosed her age to be about 17 years. The victim disclosed that her father assaulted her and, that is why, she left her house and went along with the petitioner. She also solemnized marriage with the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions
