Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Perusal of report of the court below, dated 23.2.2021, received in view of order of this Court dated 10.2.2021, reveals that the out of seven charge sheet witnesses, four of the witnesses have already been examined.

Considering the aforesaid development, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.
