JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 10-07-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for making certain corrections in the address of the petitioner and the place of the district of the officers, namely respondent nos. 2 to 5 in the cause title of the writ petition. He is permitted to do so. Corrections be carried out during the course of the day. Accordingly, the address of the petitioner in the cause of the order passed on 05.07.2018 be read as under: " Madan Kumar Ram, son of Sajan Ram, resident of Mohalla-Hardaspur, P.S. Patori, District-Samastipur." Further, the place of posting of respondent Nos.2 to 5 be read as Patna and not Vaishali in the order passed on 05.07.2018.

Now the orders passed for release of the vehicle in

Patna High Court CWJC No.12130 of 2018(3) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 question be complied with on furnishing of two surety bonds by the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Patna instead of 'Vaishali'.

The order dated 05.07.2018 is modified to that extent only.
