For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ajeet Kumar Bhardwaj For the Opposite Party/s : Smt. Gulnar Begam ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the learned trial court for grant of regular bail. The prayer is allowed.
In case the petitioner surrenders before the concerned court within a period of four weeks from today, the concerned court shall consider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail on the same day and pass a speaking order considering the fact that it is highly improbable that the petitioner would commit theft in the Malkhana of the Police Station and further keeping in mind that the petitioner has a clean antecedent. The petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
