2. Lastly, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35696 of 2023 with an observation to the Trial Court to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year.

3. Petitioner submits that till date trial has not been concluded and four prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined. Petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2021.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge-IX,
